Stride for Vanguard ZERO is as such:

If it’s the player who went first’s 4th Turn or the player who went second’s 3rd Turn onwards, if your Vanguard is Grade 3 or higher, during the Stride Step, you can discard any number of cards whose Grades total 3 or higher to Stride this Unit from the G Zone. If you Stride, draw 1 card. The Vanguard that was Strided on becomes a Heart, and this Unit gains the Power and name of its Heart. When the turn ends, place this card face-up in the G Zone.

At current, you can have up to 8 G Units in your Main Deck.

Generation Break is:

Abilities that depend on the total number of G Units in the Vanguard Circle or face-up in the G Zone.

• [VC] When your G Unit Strides, you can activate with CB(1). Choose 1 of your opponent’s Rear-guards and place it on the bottom of the Deck.
• [VC] The turn this card is placed, it gains Power+3000.

• [RC] When your Vanguard Attacks, if it a Grade 3 or higher “Chronojet”, you can activate this by [Placing this card in the Soul]. Draw 1 card, during that battle, your Vanguar gains Power+5000.

• [RC] When placed from the hand, you can activate by [Discarding 1 card from the hand]. Add 1 Grade 3 “Chronojet” from your Deck to your hand.

• [VC] When you attack a Vanguard, you can activate by CB(1) and [G Persona Blast]. During that battle, your opponent cannot Guard with Grade 0. And, if there are 2+ face-up cards in the G Zone, during that battle, this card gains Critical+1, choose 1 of your opponent’s Rear-guards and place it on the bottom of the Deck.
