Introducing the event producer for Deluxe, Mukae Jinki
Deluxe is a tournament designed to determine just who is the strongest, according to event producer Mukae Jinki.
Deluxe will have preliminaries of 4 blocks (A, B, C and D) with 4 people per block. The top two players of each block proceed to the finals. The finals will then be a single elimination tournament to determine the strongest in Japan.
