And Now For A Word From The Vanguard R&D Department!!
For Today’s Card, we’re introducing the following from “Fighter’s Collection 2017” (on sale May 12th, 2017): The Generation Break 1 《Gear Chronicle》 G Guardian, “Time Maiden of Eternity, Uluru” and the Heal Trigger “Cherry & Blossom” that activates its ability when it’s discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling the related G Guardian.
The G Guardians included in “Fighter’s Collection 2017” have the common components of Generation Break 1 and “Flip a face-down G Guardian face-up”. Compared to normal G Guardians, because these have a “Timing delay for when you can use them” and “Decrease the chances to use a G Guardian by flipping a G Guardian face-up as part of the cost”, they also are much stronger than typical G Guardians, and have incredibly high Defense. These are indeed special G Guardians!
And on top of it, the Heal Triggers in “Fighter’s Collection 2017”, available to all clans, have abilities that activate when they’re discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling the G Guardian of their clan that’s included in “Fighter’s Collection 2017”! They have varying abilities depending on their clan, such as hand cycling or cost recovery.
When “Time Maiden of Eternity, Uluru” is placed on the field, you can pay 1 Counter Blast and for each face-up card in your G Zone, you gain 5000 Shield! By flipping your own G Zone’s G Guardian face-up and having a Unit for Generation Break 1, it easily gains 25000 Shield. At the end game of a fight, its Shield can drastically increase, allowing you to ward off high power attacks with just itself. Also, by using “Chronodragon, Geargroovy”, you can rapidly increase the size of your G Zone, so let’s put it in a Deck together with “Chronodragon, Geargroovy”!
Continuing, we introduce “Time Passage Maiden, Uluru” who can activate its ability when discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling “Time Maiden of Eternity, Uluru”! You can choose 1 Normal Unit from your Drop Zone, and place it on the bottom of the Deck. Return a Unit to your Deck that you can Call with 【Time Leap】, as to prepare for next turn’s tactics! By returning “Chronojet” to the Deck, you can set up for “Interdimensional Dragon, Crossover Dragon”!
For the foreseeable future, we’ll be continuing to introduce cards from the Legend Deck “The Blaster “Aichi Sendou”” and “Fighter’s Collection 2017”! Please enjoy!
