And Now For A Word From The Vanguard R&D Department!!
For Today’s Card, we’re introducing the following from “Fighter’s Collection 2017” (on sale May 12th, 2017): The Generation Break 1 《Bermuda Triangle》 G Guardian, “Blessed Sparkle, Sandy” and the Heal Trigger “Happy Roots, Sandy” that activates its ability when it’s discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling the related G Guardian.
The G Guardians included in “Fighter’s Collection 2017” have the common components of Generation Break 1 and “Flip a face-down G Guardian face-up”. Compared to normal G Guardians, because these have a “Timing delay for when you can use them” and “Decrease the chances to use a G Guardian by flipping a G Guardian face-up as part of the cost”, they also are much stronger than typical G Guardians, and have incredibly high Defense. These are indeed special G Guardians!
And on top of it, the Heal Triggers in “Fighter’s Collection 2017”, available to all clans, have abilities that activate when they’re discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling the G Guardian of their clan that’s included in “Fighter’s Collection 2017”! They have varying abilities depending on their clan, such as hand cycling or cost recovery.
[Orange] Flip 1 face-down G Guardian in the G Zone face-up!
[Yellow] Activate an effect at the time you discard a Heal Trigger from your hand!
“Blessed Sparkle, Sandy” is a G Guardian with an incredibly high Defense. When she appears, by paying the cost, she gains 5000 Shield for every 2 cards in your hand. For example, let’s say you have 8 cards in your hand, you gain 20000 Shield!! And, by paying 1 Counter Blast, she gains Shield+5000! It’s useful when you’re missing one more shield. With 《Bermuda Triangle》, i’ts easy to increase your hand, so it should be easy to increase your shield. But it’s also useful if you have no Shield, it can serve as a 20000 Guard at the very least, making it a handy G Guardian no matter what.
Continuing, we introduce “Happy Roots, Sandy”, who can activate her ability when discarded from the hand for the Cost of Calling “Blessed Sparkle, Sandy”! By discarding 1 Grade 1 or lower card from your hand, you can draw 1 card. This ensures more chances to draw important cards.
For the foreseeable future, we’ll be continuing to introduce cards from the Legend Deck “The Blaster “Aichi Sendou”” and “Fighter’s Collection 2017”! Please enjoy!
