For Today’s cards, we’re introducing 3 cards from the 2nd Title Booster “Touken Ranbu -ONLINE- 2” who have abilities related to Homare:
• “Shokudaikiri Mitsutada Toku”
• “Nakigitsune Toku”
• “Heshikiri Hasebe Toku”
Before introducing these cards, let’s explain Homare. Homare is a special ability that can only be used once per turn, by one Unit, and when its attack Hits an opponent’s Vanguard.
“Shokudaikiri Mitsutada Toku” is a Unit with a Stide Bonus. When you Stride it, you can Call 1 ally and grant it 5000 Power, and then you can grant a Unit with Homare an additional 5000 Power. If you Call a Homare Ally Unit, you can increase its Power by a max of 10000, which should guarantee your Attack Hits.
And now we’ll be introducing two Touken Danshi that are good to Call with “Shokudaikri Mitsutada Toku”.
“Nakigitsune Toku” is an excellent attacker with the Homare ability. When its attack hits, you can activate its Homare ability by placing it into the Soul. You can Soul Charge 1 Card, Call 1 Unit from your Hand, and Draw 1 Card. It’s quite powerful since it allows you to continuously attack and recover your costs at the same! Since it doesn’t have Generation Break, you can have it attack from the get go.
“Heshikiri Hasebe Toku”, when its attack hits, can power up an ally’s Power with the Homare ability. In that case, we recommend having “Heshikiri Hasebe Toku” attack first, and then have his powered up allies continue the chase. Don’t overlook the fact you can even raise the Power of your Vanguard.
