For today’s card, we’re introducing the following from the 12th Booster Pack “Dragon King’s Awakening” (on sale August 25th, 2017):
• The 《Gear Chronicle》’s “Chronofang” Deck trump card, “Chronotiger, Gear Glare”
• “Steam Links, Enme”
“Chronotiger, Gear Glare” is a G Unit that gets stronger the more the number of cards in your Bind Zone increases. FIrstly, one its skills you can choose any number of your opponent’s Rear-guards whose total Grades are equal to the number of cards in your Bind Zone! For example if you have 3 cards in your Bind Zone, you can place a Grade 1 and 2 Unit on the bottom of the Deck. Also, you can return Grade 0s to the bottom of your opponent’s Zone regardless of the number of Bound cards. And you’ve achieved Generation Break 3,and you have 5 or more cards in your Bind Zone, this card gains Power+10000, if there are 7 cards, it gains Critical+1, and 9 cards it gains a Drive with its amazing ability! At total, this means it’ll have 36000 Power, 2 Criticals and 4 Drives. “Steam Links, Enme”, introduced after this and the skill of “Chronofang Tiger” have skills to increase the number of cards in your opponent’s Bind Zone, allowing you to crush your opponent in a single explosive strike.
And “Steam Links” is a handy support card that increases the size of your Bind Zone! When it’s Retired from the Rearguard Circle or Guardian Circle, you can have this card bind itself, and then pay Counter Blast 1 and place this card from the Bind Zone to the Drop Zone then Bind the top 2 cards of your Deck to have 2 allies gain Power+3000! While increasing the number of cards in your Bind Zone, it also lets you boost the power of your allies early on, and it lets you set up things as the foundation for “Chronotiger, Gear Glare”!
